Call of Duty Game Designer Admits He ‘F*cked Up’

Treyarch’s Game Design Director, David Vonderhaar, tweeted about mistakes that were in Black Ops.

Vonderhaar said he “f*cked up” with the Second Chance perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops. The Second Chance was a tier 3 perk which allowed players to go into Last Stand with a pistol on the ground for 10 seconds or revive a friendly player.

Vonderhaar tweeted, “See that gun to my head in my pic? That’s how I feel about 2nd Chance. We meant well. I f*cked up. Enough spam. Goodnight.

There was no Second Chance or Last Stand added to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. COD MW3 launched worldwide on November 8.

    There actually is a type of second chance in mw3 but it isn’t a perk anymore, but a deathstreak. It also works slightly differently, you fall with your main weapon and if you don’t die you can get back up in like 10ish seconds.

    Hi there, im having problems with my call of duty Modern Warfare 3. im at the level where you have to save the president, but when i get to a certain part, the game quiets saying, i had a buffer problem. i have visited forms telling me to reset the resolution to 800×600, but it still happens, can anyone help me?

      Joanna. Instead of going down the street, cut through the office building to your right. You should not get the buffer issue this way. Dnt worry, your not the only person to have this problem on the PC. It’s quite a common issue.

    I just pre-ordered Modern Warfare 3 at Gamestop, but I wanted to pre-order Modern Warfare 3 Hardened edition, but unfortunately they closed the pre-orders on that. Do you think that I can go to Gamestop on another day and ask them if I can upgrade MW3 to MW3 Hardened Edition?
