Modern Warfare 3 Release Date
Activision confirmed that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will release on November 8, 2011. This would give the game a Tuesday release, and will be available before Black Friday and the Christmas holidays.

Second, PS3′s cod does not come out before the xbox version.Third off, the Halo series contract with microsoft ends in a couple of years adn will eventually go to the PS3 because 343 industries suck assholes.Fourth off, We have a contract with more customers than the ps3 so they give us the dlc first. We get it first because we pay for live. Therefore xbox sees us as a source of revenue and goes out of its way to keep us happy. ps3 is good if you want single player, xbox is better for multi-player. Ps3 is not as competitive as xbox. I have both systems and I would rather play xbox live more then ps3 online. Fine ps3 graphics are great, but that doesn’t mean anything. I’m a competitive gamer and xbox is the way to go. As for map packs i believe xbox has the right to get it first because we do pay to use xbox live, and xbox live is a better and safer network then psn.

Yeah Ps3 is a little more but at the end xbox users have to pay money yearly which will go over the cost of a PS3, and Ps3 comes with a high quality blu ray player for an extra $100 when a normal high quality blu ray player comes for more $$$ than that. There both pretty good, I play both i dont see much of a difference besides controls and little nick nacks, but ps3 is a little better. Why, because of one simple reason ps3 costs more, hence its better things that cost more are usually better. Better TV’s, better houses, better cars, better skateboards, better consoles, cost more than the worse ones!!!

I like the xbox and the PS3 both i have both to but i think the PS3 is better because my xbox breaks down 1 every 2 years. And xbox gets hacked all the time 1) because it’s easy to hack 2) the red ring means your Xbox is being hacked by someone from sony is hacking your Xbox 3)Xbox is a waste of money because if you have to pay 10 bucks a month you spend 120 bucks a year and in five years you spend 600 bucks you could buy 2 PS3′s for that and 4) PS3 has way more storage space.

when will there be a campaign/multiplayer beta for xbox 360? I hope it will be soon, because i see videos on youtube if the multiplayer gmaeplay and the guns, perks, and the game modes, it looks really fun, it looks like the new way for TDM is good, having to pick up the dogtags is a really good addition, it adds a tactical point to the random spray people normally do, therefore it will be harder for people to get points for their team if they dont know what theyre doing, all in all, everything for the multiplayer looks good, and i cant wait for the campaign because it simply looks fucking badass.

I agree, there are good points to both, and beside everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I have grown up with sony products, the only reason i got an xbox over the ps3 is because the ps3 lags more and doesnt have as good of graphics card as the xbox, and the majority of my friends have an xbox. sony has games out that i would love to have a ps3 so i could get them like the rachet and clank series, and the jak series, but i dont have a os3, but i am getting one, and i will more than likely use my xbox for socializing with friends whereas i play on the ps3, but that part ill decied in time.
someone that works at sony has the right idea, and it is too outragous for the pricing on the gold membership cards, but normally they have deals and sales to make it cheaper, they usually have one every month, but they cost around $50 but you get more for your money.

I think that both the xbox and ps3 are equal. But as Ps3 has an inbuilt blu-ray player I would most like to have a ps3. But I have to say these are gaming consoles!, Not video players! I have a ps3 myself (320GB) but sometimes when I play for example Black ops it does lag quite often but I’m getting used to it. Xbox only lags once in a while as I’ve played on my friends Xbox. I might be getting an Xbox but I’ll still be keeping my ps3 as I can watch movies from lovefilm…….

I’ve been reading comments/reviews at the top about arguing and theres tons of swearin and really, there’s no need for it, ps3 is actually better cuz it has blue ray, it’s got built in wi if, the onlines free to! But I prefere Xbox because you don’t need a controller for kinect, the controller is easier on your hands and it’s easier to use marketplace. Anyway mw3 docs will probably come on Xbox cuz call of duty was originally a Xbox game not ps3. Also halo will never come on playstation just like Littel big planet will never be on Xbox.

It’s faster and has more players,it’s better graphics and yeah it doesn’t have blue ray but your buying a game console, not a DVD player! do you have to pay for online service on the PS3 or anything which is in it? NO, but with the trashbox-360 u do have to go through all that bullshit. and u have to keep paying for it to keep u account alive or to be used(in multiplayer or online). PS3 won the console wars and has amuch better layout (button lyaout) on the controller and the arcade buttons on the -360 SUCKs. PS3 over trashbox-360.
